Message dated June 11 and received June 13, stating the Governor                                    
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          SENATE BILL NO. 148 "An Act relating to                                                   
          allowable absences for certain members of the armed                                       
          forces and their spouses and dependents for purposes                                      
          of eligibility for permanent fund dividends; and
